Complete Court Upgrades For Heritage Palms Community
Recreational amenities within established communities often require thoughtful upgrades to meet evolving resident preferences while improving long term durability and performance. At Heritage Palms in Southwest Florida, Ritzman Courts completed multiple court improvement projects designed to enhance functionality, appearance, and overall usability throughout the recreational space.
A significant portion of the project involved rebuilding existing tennis courts into HydroCourt systems. HydroCourt tennis courts utilize subsurface irrigation technology designed to help maintain more consistent moisture levels within clay surfaces while reducing manual watering requirements and supporting improved playing conditions. Proper construction and conversion require specialized expertise in grading, drainage, and system integration beneath the finished surface.
In addition to HydroCourt improvements, our team constructed new pickleball courts to accommodate growing demand for one of Southwest Florida’s fastest expanding recreational sports. Supporting infrastructure improvements included new fencing installation and paver work between court areas, helping create cleaner transitions, improved accessibility, and a more refined overall appearance throughout the facility.
