Comprehensive Court Construction Supporting Quail Creek

Completed in 2025, this project at Quail Creek involved more than construction of tennis and pickleball courts alone. Modern recreational spaces increasingly emphasize comfort, usability, and social interaction alongside performance driven court systems. Ritzman Courts was selected to help create an environment designed around both active recreation and long term enjoyment.

Our team completed construction of tennis courts and pickleball courts engineered for durability, consistent playability, and continued use under Southwest Florida conditions. Proper preparation, grading, surfacing, and supporting infrastructure all contribute to creating recreational spaces designed to perform over time while accommodating growing demand for pickleball amenities within residential communities.

A defining feature of this project included installation of a large 18 foot by 60 foot shaded structure designed to enhance comfort and usability surrounding the courts. The structure incorporated seating areas, overhead fans, and television integration, creating a gathering space intended to support both players and spectators. Amenities like these continue becoming increasingly important within communities seeking recreational environments that encourage activity, relaxation, and social engagement.
